A. Delivery terms and conditions

All items will be delivered immediately, if available from stock. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time within Germany is usually 2 - 3 working days, maximum 5 working days.

If an article is not available at short notice, we will inform you by email about the expected delivery time, provided we have an address from you.

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries; Subsequent deliveries are free of postage.

Delivery only in Germany. Delivery to other countries is possible after consultation.

Limitations
In the event of errors, unacceptable product or price changes, we reserve the right to deliver your order. In addition, we have no influence if articles are removed from our program by our suppliers and are therefore no longer available or the type and design have been changed. If the supplier offers us a replacement item, we will inform you. A claim for damages due to non-deliverable items cannot be asserted against us. No claims for damages can be made against us even in the event of delays in delivery, such as force majeure, traffic disruptions and high-handed orders, or other events for which we are not responsible.

B. Shipping

Delivery free of charge
Orders with an order value of more than 60 EUR * we deliver free of charge within Germany.


Graduaded shipping flat rates
For delivery within Germany and for packaging costs, we charge a lump sum that depends on the form of dispatch.

C. Payment methods

The following payment methods are possible for deliveries within Germany:

  • by prepayment (The customer is obliged to transfer the purchase price to our account immediately after conclusion of the contract.) You will receive an automated order confirmation. Please provide your name and invoice number as the purpose of your transfer so that we can match your receipt of payment to the order.
  • Payment with PayPal

Upon request, we can also deliver to schools and authorities on account.
We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
