A. Return consignment and shipping damage

Please help us making returns easy and inexpensive. For that we have two requests and offer an accommodating handling.
If you notice obvious bigger damages on packing and goods, please point it out to the deliverer and possibly refuse the deliverance.
  • Please let us know immediately what had happened. We will send you a new package.
    Please write us notes about other visible damages caused by transport within 5 days after you got the deliverance.
  • Please do not send something not prepaid back to us! Contact us, prepay and we will return the payment. We want to avoid expensive (double) costs for not prepaid sendings.
Of course your rights, as warranty claim and limitation period, are preserved. See our return instructions below and the general terms and conditions erhalten and the general terms and conditions.

B. Packing

We are an ecofriendly business. Therefor we try to avoid unnecessary pack materials and we use materials a second time. We ask you to do the same and dispose wast ecofriendly. More on that see AGB § 9

C. Return Instructions

Right for remittance

You can return the goods without indicating reasons within two weeks by returning it (beside this we would appreciate if you let us know if something went wrong with our service). The period begins upon receipt of this information as text (e.g. as letter, fax, mail), but not before receiving of the goods by the recipient and also not before fulfilling our information requirements according to § 312c Abs.2 BGB in combination with § 1 Abs.1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our duties under § 312e Abs.1 Satz 1 BGB in combination with § 3 BGB-InfoV. The dispatch of the goods or the return requirement is sufficient to meet the deadline.
In any case, the return is at our expense and risk. The return or the return request must be made to:

Consequences of return 
In case of an effective return, the services received at both ends must be returned and possibly drawn uses (e.g., benefits of use).
In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively caused on their examination, as it would have been possible for you in the store.  In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay a price for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as your property and omit anything which affects their value.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the return request, for us with the receipt.
